Returns Policy
We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you change your mind, we offer a 14-day return period in line with UK consumer law.
Change of Mind Returns
If you wish to return your item, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Please email us at info@thetwofor.com to initiate the return process.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:
- Unused
- In the same condition you received it
- Sealed and unopened, due to the nature of cosmetic products and for hygiene reasons
Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method, including the original standard delivery cost (express delivery cost will not be reimbursed).
Please note: You are responsible for the return postage cost unless the item is faulty.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns of cosmetic items that have been opened or used, unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
